Submission Guidelines

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must provide a written communication that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you will be liable for damages if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights.

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Legal Requirements

According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party.
